1. If you have triggered an alarm and don't have the key, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO. There are no secret back doors to this device. The siren will exhaust the battery after about 24 hours. If you are in a commercial location, contact Security for that location.

2. If you can't find the key, but bought the alarm directly from us, then please contact us – ideally by email – to make arrangements to send new keys.

3. If you purchased from a distributor, you should FIRST ask your distributor for assistance.

4. If you don't know from where you purchased the alarm, please contact us by EMAIL ONLY, and we will try to assist you based on whatever information you can provide.
